Management Fee:

1-49 units: 7%

50+ units: 5%

Tenant Placement Fee: 1/2 of first month's rent

Onboarding Fee: $50/ occupied unit, free for vacant units

Lease Renewal: Free if the terms are the same, otherwise $100

Eviction Fee: Free 

Rent Increases: Rent increase amount

Preventive Inspection: Free

Maintenance Fee: $49/hr

Emergency Repair, Cleaning Fee, Property Care, Renovations: Quoted 

Project Supervision Fee: $49/hr
